             District Attorney David Anderson announced that Haley Joel Osment, 37, was charged today with two misdemeanors arising from his arrest by the Mammoth Lakes Police Department at Mammoth Mountain on April 8, 2025.  Specifically, Mr. Osment was charged with a violation of Penal Code Section 647(f) – Disorderly Conduct: Under the Influence of Alcohol in Public, and Health and Safety Code Section 11350(a) – Possession of Cocaine.  Mr. Osment is due to be arraigned in the Mammoth Lakes branch of the Mono County Superior Court on July 7, 2025.

            A criminal Complaint contains charges that must be proven beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.  Every defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
